EDUCASIUM IAS Academy is one of the best in class coaching academy located in Chennai. Our academy provides coaching for UPSC Civil services examination. Our coaching program is exhaustive with in depth subject coverage aiming to produce all India toppers in UPSC Civil Services Examination.
EDUCASIUM IAS Academy was established in the year 2008 in Gopalapuram, Chennai. From 2017 we are functioning from our office at CIT Nagar, adjacent to T.nagar Usman Road.
What are the courses offered in EDUCASIUM IAS academy?
Understanding the importance of limited time available for working/full time students and full time aspirants, we have created three types of courses such as Regular (Monday to Thursday), Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Online Video based course that covers comprehensive course for Prelims and Mains except few topics that are reserved for Special Mains Classroom coaching.
What kind of study material does EDUCASIUM provide ?
Our academy study materials are prepared after a thorough research on exam pattern. Our study material is sufficient to clear the exam. Additionally we recommend study materials (books) available in the market helping students to do a meticulous preparation based on their own calibre and time availability. We don’t charge separately for these material. In most cases this amount is covered in the course fees.
Our course materials will be in the following formats
1. Educasium classroom ppt. copies, 2. E-book collection, 3. Current Events compilation, 4. Presentation copies, 5. Infographics, Maps, etc.
Does EDUCASIUM provides coaching for other competitive examinations ?
NO, we dont provide coaching for other exams such as TNPSC (Group I, Group II, and Group IV), SSC, Banking examinations.
Why EDUCASIUM does not provide training for other competitive examinations ?
We have two reason for not providing training for other competitive exams except UPSC Civil Services Exam (IAS exam)
1. We specialize in training candidates for UPSC Civil Services Examination. We need all our faculties, researchers and content developers to have laser focused concentration only on UPSC Exam to provide the best for our students helping them to achieve their aspiration of becoming an IAS, IPS officer with the pride of succeeding as an all India topper.
2. UPSC Civil Services Examination is considered as the big brother of all other competitive exams as the magnitude of subject coverage is huge. Our students who attend our Preliminary Exam coaching program (regular/weekend) will effortlessly clear other exams such as TNPSC (Group I, Group II), SSC, RRB, CDS, CPF and Banking examinations.
Note: Our students who wish to attend TNPSC exams or Other competitive exams can get our specially prepared study material on Tamil Nadu General Studies etc., which will supplement their preparation. Additionally our faculties are there to help the candidates to handle other competitive exams with the least additional effort.
What is Aspiration to Achievement (A2A) Program of EDUCASIUM ?
EDUCASIUM has a program called “Aspiration to Achievement (A2A)”, where we facilitate interaction between our students and the successful candidates from our institutes to obtain the first hand experience on Interview, training, Exam preparation and other dimensions.inations.
Who are the faculties in Educasium?
Faculties in Educasium comprises of academically highly qualified teachers with first hand experience in handling/organising competitive exams at various levels. Some of our faculties have vast experience in working with top institutes in Delhi and producing accurate predictable results year on year. All the Faculties are hand picked for their subject knowledge and passion to teach.
What is the success rate in your institute, i.e how many people have cleared Civil Services Examination from your institute?
At a time span of 11 years we have a total 137 successful candidate spread across various cadres, this sum up to 27% of total candidates enrolled with us are currently a Civil servant. Adding to this numerous other candidates have cleared several exams conducted by other recruitment bodies like TNPSC, RRB, IBPS etc.
Our success rate is excellent when we take the success rate in Preliminary exam. On an average, 36 out of 100 students clear the preliminary exam in the first attempt by exclusively studying only in our institute. This result is of highest quality when compared with the number of other institutes.
What is the fees charged by Educasium ?

We have priced our courses very economically without compromising the quality of the course. Every rupee of your course investment is worth its value while the training is delivered.
